Thoughts like these are powerful and very common for anyone experiencing anxiety. Your thoughts and emotions are valid, but hearing these messages over and over again in your head can take a toll on your well-being.  Negative thoughts have a source which is usually a deep, negative belief about the self.

Therapy is not about "fixing" you. You are not broken. 

As your therapist, my goal is to help you realize your strengths.

My name is Lia Damiani-Tinney and I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). As your therapist, I want to provide you with support and an accepting space to cope with anxiety and overthinking. I help my clients find new ways to cope with intrusive, negative thoughts that seem impossible to control.
